Shares awarded under the PSP generally vest on the third anniversary of the date of grant provided a participant does not leave the Company's employment and to the extent that performance conditions have been satisfied. AwardsΒ areΒ made at nil cost to participants.
Ayman Asfari, Amjad Bseisu, Keith Roberts, Leigh Howarth, Robert Jewkes, Richard Milne and Robin PinchbeckΒ each soldΒ allΒ of their vesting shares onΒ 24 AprilΒ 2009 at an average priceΒ ofΒ 588.1p.
If participants and their connected persons hold shares outside theΒ PSPΒ (or any other Company share incentive scheme), separate announcements are made under the Disclosure and TransparencyΒ Rules as required.
The Company's issued share capital consists of 345,434,858 shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
