Board Change
Petrel Resources today announces that Stefano Borghi resigned yesterday as a non-executive Director of the Company to pursue his other business interests.
David Horgan, Managing Director of Petrel Resources, commented:
"We would like to thank Stefano for his contribution to the development of the Company and wish him well in his other business activities.
"The board intends to appoint a new non-executive Director in the near future and will update the market as soon as possible."
