Directorate Change
Pennant International Group plc (AIM:PEN)(the "Company"), a leading global provider of training technology and integrated product support solutions, announces the following directorate change.
The fixed term contract of Mervyn Skates, the Company's Operations Director, expires at the end of next year.
Mr Skates has confirmed to the Company in writing that he will retire as a director (and not seek re-election) at the Company's Annual General Meeting next year and, further, that he will leave the business on 30 June 2022.
Mr Skates will continue in his current employment role until his departure.
