Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
Paragon Entertainment Limited (AIM: PEL), the attractions design, production, fit-out and operations business, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Richard Arden to the role of Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.
Richard joined Paragon Entertainment in 2012 as Group Head of Finance. Prior to his time at Paragon, Richardheld various CFO and FD roles across the IT, software and health sectors, including Chief Financial Officer at Parseq plc, and Finance Director roles at Documetric Limited, Debts.co.uk plc and Westfield Health.
Richard is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ACA), qualifying with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2000.
Richard (and connected persons) hold 456,333 ordinary shares, representing 0.002% of the Company's total voting rights.
Commenting on the appointment, Mark Pyrah, CEO of Paragon Entertainment said:
