Vislink PLC28 September 2007 28 September 2007 Vislink plc Vislink plc announces appointment of new Board Director Vislink plc is pleased to announce that with effect from October 1, 2007, MrOliver Ellingham will be joining the Board as a non-executive director andChairman of the Audit Committee. Oliver is currently Head of Corporate Finance for Europe for BNP Paribas, theFrench financial institution, where he has worked for the last 10 years advisingcompanies such as Hanson, Saint Gobain, Imperial Tobacco and EDF Energy onacquisitions and strategy. Prior to BNP Paribas, he was a Director at Flemings, the investment bank nowpart of JPMorgan. Oliver qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst andYoung in London.
