The Company was notified on 7 June 2019 of the purchase of shares by Richard Duffy, Chief Executive Officer of Petra Diamonds Limited.
Richard Duffy, Chief Executive Officer, today purchased 240,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence ("Shares") in the Company at 21.35 pence per Share. As a result of this trade, Richard Duffy now holds 240,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.3% of the Company's issued share capital.
