Petroceltic International plc ('Petroceltic' or the 'Company')

On 13 February 2015, the Company received a notification from Worldview EHS International Master Fund, Worldview Special Situations Fund, Worldview Special Opportunities Master Fund and Worldview International Management Limited (together, "Worldview Capital"), stating that Worldview Capital has an interest in 62,103,000 ordinary shares which represents 29% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

* This percentage shareholding is based on a total of 214,094,301 ordinary shares in issue.
