The Company received a notification on 2nd December 2011 from Blackrock Investment Management stating that, following a disposal of 4,809,293 ordinary shares on 30 November 2011, Blackrock Investment Management exercises voting rights over 90,755,820 ordinary shares which represents 3.83% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 2,369,605,049ordinary shares.
