Pochin's PLC20 March 2008 Pochin's PLC (the Company) Director/PDMR Shareholding The Company has today been informed that Mrs S E Nicholson, a non-executivedirector of the Company, disposed of 157,400 ordinary shares by way of gift inthe capital of the Company on 19 March 2008 to the Darling 8 DiscretionarySettlement at a price of 189p per share. Mrs S E Nicholson is deemed to be a member of the Cedric Pochin Concert Party.The trustees of the Darling 8 Discretionary Settlement include James WilliamPochin Nicholson, an executive director of the company, who is also deemed to bea member of the Cedric Pochin Concert Party. Mrs S E Nicholson now has a beneficial interest in 123,660 ordinary shares inthe Company being 0.594 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.The children of James William Pochin Nicholson are beneficiaries under theDarling 8 Discretionary Settlement and therefore James William Pochin Nicholsonnow has a beneficial interest in 651,945 ordinary shares in the Company, inaddition to a non-beneficial holding in 8,700 ordinary shares in the Company,being 3.17 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
