Update on Equity Sharing Agreement

On 18 August 2017, the Company announced that it had entered into an Equity Sharing Facility arranged by RiverFort Global Capital ("RiverFort") (the "Announcement").

Further to this Announcement, the Company can confirm that it has received £8,249.33 as the first Monthly Payment.

Going forward, the Company intends to announce the results of their monthly payments in the second week of the month following the month in which the trading calculations are made.
