Update on Board Change

PCG Entertainment Plc (AIM: PCGE), the AIM quoted Asia-Pacific online gaming and media company, offers additional clarification of the board change noted in the Company's announcement made earlier today.

Notice was served on 15th March 2017 by the Company terminating the contract with Electric Warrior Limited, which is the consultancy company providing Nick Bryant's services to the Company. Under a power of attorney granted under the consultancy agreement the Company can remove Mr Bryant as a director of any group companies. Mr Bryant has been removed as CEO of PCGE.

In the immediate near term Richard Poulden and Michael Mainelli will assume overall responsibilities for operations and finance at PCGE. Alan Gravett continues in the role of director and company secretary of PCGE and COO of PCG Software Services which holds the group's gaming licence.

Richard Poulden, Chairman of PCGE adds "Jack Sun, PCGE's COO in Asia, will continue to run the operations in China as he has done since the beginning of 2016. Since the only current operations of the Company are in Asia this means that management on the ground remains unchanged. Jack was formerly COO of Betex before joining PCGE. He has a BA (Hons) in Business Accounting from Oxford Brookes University and an EMBA from the Said Business School, University of Oxford, UK."

The London office of PCGE has been closed and there will be a continuing focus on keeping overheads low and conservation of cash. Mr Sun is not a director of PCGE.
