Repurchase of Loan Notes
Private & Commercial Finance Group plc (AIM: PCF) (the "Company") announces that on 14 September 2012, the Company repurchased 150,000 8% Convertible Unsecured Loan Notes 2013 of £1 nominal each in the Company at the price of 85p per loan note inclusive of any interest accrued and due. The loan notes purchased will be cancelled. Following the cancellation, there will be 2,235,926 8% Convertible Loan Notes 2013 in issue.
