Repurchase of Loan Notes - Correction
Private & Commercial Finance Group plc advises that the following announcement replaces the "Repurchase of Loan Notes" announcement released at 13.19 on 27 January 2010 under RNS Number 2121G. The previous announcement incorrectly stated that the repurchase price was 77p per loan note plus interest accrued. There are no other changes to the announcement.

Private & Commercial Finance Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 27 January 2010 the Company repurchased 100,000 8% Convertible Unsecured Loan Notes 2013 of £1 each in the Company at price of 80p per loan note plus interest accrued and due to date. The loan notes purchased will be cancelled. Following the cancellation, there will be 2,415,411 8% Convertible Loan Notes 2013 in issue.
