Annual Accounts & Annual General Meeting
PCFG, the AIM quoted finance house, announces, further to the Company's announcement on 8 December 2016, that the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the 18 months ended 30 September 2016 is being posted to shareholders today. Further copies can be obtained from the Company Secretary at Pinners Hall, 105-108 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1ER or can be downloaded from the Company's website, www.pcfg.co.uk.
Shareholders will also receive Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company (the "Notice of AGM") which will be held at Pinners Hall, 105-108 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1ER on Friday 10 March 2017 at 10.00 a.m., and an application form to participate in the proposed scrip dividend, further details and the terms of which are set out in the Notice of AGM.
Subject to approval by shareholders at the AGM on 10 March 2017, the recommended final dividend will be paid on 13 April 2017 to shareholders on the register on 24 March 2017. For shareholders who wish to elect to participate in the scrip dividend scheme, subject to shareholder approval, the last date for receipt of scrip elections will be 31 March 2017.
