Private & Commercial Fin Group Plc13 July 2007 PRIVATE & COMMERCIAL FINANCE GROUP PLC ISSUE OF EQUITY The Directors of Private & Commercial Finance Group plc are pleased to announcethat they have placed 2,545,454 ordinary shares of 5p each at a price of 22p pershare conditional on admission to AIM ("the Placing"). Subsequent to thePlacing, Aberdeen Holdings Limited ("Aberdeen") will hold 5,582,545 ordinaryshares, representing 22.46 per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital. Faisal Al Yousef, a non-executive director of the Company, is a director andmajor shareholder of Aberdeen. Following the Placing there are 25,958,754 ordinary shares in issue. Application will be made for the shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It isexpected that admission will take place on 1 August 2007.
