The Company was informed on 14 January 2016 that, on 14 January 2016, the Self Invested Pension Plan of David Bull, PCFG's Finance Director, purchased 165,038 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 23 pence.
Following this purchase, Mr Bull is beneficially interested in 165,038 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.11 per cent of PCFG's Ordinary Share capital.
