The following amendment has been made to the 'Issue of Equity' announcement released on 13 November 2017 at 11:51am under RNS no 3315W:

"Following this issue of equity, the total number of Consideration Shares which have yet to be exchanged on a one-for-one basis into Ordinary Shares, is 19,804".

Paysafe Group plc (LSE: PAYS, "Paysafe" or the "Company") announces that it has made an application to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the listing of 170,046 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the Main Market of London Stock Exchange.

These Ordinary Shares will be allotted as consideration to a vendor of FANS Entertainment Inc. ("FANS") to satisfy the Company's obligations to exchange, on a one-for-one basis, shares in a subsidiary of Paysafe (the "Consideration Shares") into shares of Paysafe, in line with the terms of the FANS acquisition which was announced on 28 May 2015. The total number of Consideration Shares initially issued to the vendors was 3,163,633. Following this issue of equity, the total number of Consideration Shares which have yet to be exchanged on a one-for-one basis into Ordinary Shares, is 19,804.
