In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1A, Pantheon advises that, at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital comprises 196,356,396 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Shares"). There are no Shares held in treasury. Therefore the Company's total number of Shares with voting rights is 196,356,396.

The above figure of 196,356,396 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
