Director's Dealing

Asian Plantations Limited (LSE: PALM), a palm oil plantation company with operations in Malaysia, received notification on 4 October 2012 that Asian Forestry Holdings Limited, a company jointly held by Dennis Melka and Graeme Brown, Joint Chief Executive Officers of the Company, acquired 2,500 ordinary shares in the Company of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") on 3 October 2012 at a price of 235 pence per Ordinary Share, representing, in aggregate, 0.005 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company (the "Share Purchase").

Following the Share Purchase, Dennis Melka and Graeme Brown are now beneficially interested in 2,102,251 and 2,102,251 Ordinary Shares respectively, representing approximately 4.52 per cent. and 4.52 per cent. respectively of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
