Exercise of Warrants

The Company has today issued 263,929 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of warrants issued by the Company to placees on Admission. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 4 October 2010.

The enlarged issued share capital of the Company following the issue of the 263,929 new Ordinary Shares will be 117,315,599 ordinary shares. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and the new ordinary shares are expected to commence trading on 28 October 2010.
