Appointment of Director
Michael Page International plc ("PageGroup"), the specialist recruitment consultancy, is pleased to announce the appointment of Danuta Gray, who has joined the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 10 December 2013.
Danuta Gray is a member of the boards of Aer Lingus plc, Old Mutual plc, Paddy Power plc and of Headstrong, a charity working in youth mental health. She was Chairman of Telefónica O2 in Ireland until December 2012, having previously been its Chief Executive from 2001 to 2010 and remains an advisor to Telefónica in Germany and Wayra, Ireland, Telefonica's Accelerator unit for ICT start ups. Prior to that, Danuta was a Senior Vice President for BT Europe in Germany, and during her career gained experience in sales, marketing, customer service and technology and in leading and changing large businesses. She previously served for seven years on the board of Irish Life and Permanent plc, was a director of Business in the Community Ireland.

There is no other information to be disclosed pursuant to LR9.6.13R in respect of this directorship.
Change of Company Secretary
PageGroup also announces that with effect from 10 December 2013 Elaine Marriner was appointed Company Secretary and as of the same date Kelvin Stagg resigned as Company Secretary.
