Share Dealings
Pacific Alliance China Fund Limited ("PACL" or the "Company") (AIM: PACL), the closed-end investment company admitted to trading on AIM, today announces the following dealings in the Company.
The Company purchased a total of 96,403 of the Company's ordinary shares, US$0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares"), at the purchase price of US$2.16 per share (the "Purchased Shares") on 20 May 2015 using PACL Trading Limited, its wholly-owned subsidiary organized to effectively replicate a treasury facility. The Purchased Shares will be transferred to Pacific Alliance Real Estate Limited or its affiliates for the partial settlement of the 2014 performance fees, in accordance with the Investment Management Agreement dated 20 November 2007, subject to the Company's Board approval.
Following this transaction, PACL Trading Limited holds a total of 96,403 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.09 per cent of the Company's 103,887,384 Ordinary Shares in issue. As a result of this transaction, total voting rights in the Company is 103,790,981 shares.
