Results of EGM
Pacific Alliance China Land Limited ("PACL" or the "Company"), announces the results of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders ("EGM") held today on 18 December 2015.
Shareholders have voted unanimously to approve the recommendation put forward by the Board that the Company continue as presently constituted, as detailed in the notice published on 19 November 2015.
The continuation resolution was passed unanimously as a special resolution, and the Board was pleased to note that some 53.5% of the Company's shares outstanding voted at the EGM.
