Dublin, Ireland, 17 December 2020 - Ovoca Bio plc (LSE: OVB; ISE: OVXA), a biopharmaceutical company with a focus on women's health, announces that each of the resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed by shareholders.
The full text of each resolution was set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting circulated to shareholders on 24 November 2020.
