Ovoca was notified on 1 October 2013 by Hanover Nominees Limited (for the ultimate beneficial holder who is URALSIB Securities Limited) that it acquired 2,275,500 ordinary shares of €0.125 each ("Ordinary Shares") of the Company. Following this acquisition, Hanover Nominees Limited's interest in the Company is 6,233,953 Ordinary Shares, or 7.14% of Ovoca's issued share capital.
