Ovoca was notified today that Salyco Trading Company Ltd, a company controlled by Mr. Mikhail Mogutov (Executive Chairman of Ovoca), sold 2,371,355 ordinary shares of €0.125 each ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of GBP40p. per Ordinary Share on 8 July 2011. Following this transaction, Mr Mogutov's aggregate interest in the Company comprises 12,086,189 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 13.66% of the issued share capital.
The Company was also notified today that Subishico Trading Company Ltd, a company controlled by Mr. Leonid Skoptsov (a Non-Executive Director of Ovoa), sold 2,228,645 Ordinary Shares at a price of GBP40p. per Ordinary Share on 8 July 2011. Following this transaction, Mr Skoptsov's aggregate interest in the Company comprises 12,113,189 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 13.69% of the issued share capital.
Additionally, Ovoca received notification today that Trikeri Investments Ltd. had acquired 4,600,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company on 8 July 2011. Following this acquisition, Trikeri Investments Ltd.'s interest in the Company is 4,600,000 Ordinary Shares, or 5.20% of Ovoca's issued share capital.
