The Directors of Oxford Technology 3 VCT announce that the Company's most recent unaudited Net Asset Value per share as at 31 December 2008 was 95p.
The Company also announces that it is seeking to raise up to £581,088 by the offer for subscription of 581,088 ordinary shares at £1.00 each, being Net Asset Value at 31 December 2008 plus 5%. A copy of the Investment Memorandum is available to download from www.oxfordtechnology.com.
