ATHENS, Greece - July 2, 2018 - According to article 1 paragraph 5 of the presidential decree no 82/1996, it is hereby announced that the Société Anonyme under the corporate name "HELLENIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS ORGANIZATION S.A." ("OTE S.A." or the "Company") intends to participate (either independently or as a member of Consortia or joint ventures) in tender procedures for public projects, supplies or services, according to the provisions of article 2 Law 3310/2005, as amended by Law 3414/2005 and applicable.

Indicatively, "OTE S.A." intends to participate in tenders proclaimed by public sector organizations and bodies, such as the Ministry Of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Economy and Development, Ministry of Digital Policy, Telecommunications and Information, Ministry of National Defense, Ministry of Education, Research and Religion, Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Social Solidarity, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Justice, Transparency and Human Rights, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Administrative Reconstruction, Ministry of Culture and Sport, Ministry of Environment and Energy, Ministry of Structures and Transports, Ministry of Immigration Policy, Ministry of Shipping and Island Policy, Ministry of Agricultural Development and Aliments, Ministry of Tourism, Single Social Security institution (EFKA), Independent Public Revenues Authority (AADE) and to tenders proclaimed by bodies and organizations supervised by the abovementioned Ministries, to tenders proclaimed by local authorities (OTA), such as tenders of prefectural governmental authorities, Municipalities, Communities, to tenders proclaimed by Sociétés Anonymes of the broader public sector, as well as to tenders by the Society of Information SA (KtP AE), Manpower Employment Organization (OAED), Hellenic Post (ELTA), Athens Water Supply and Sewerage Company SA (EYDAP SA), Public Power Corporation SA (DEH S.A.), Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator S.A. (HEDNO-DEDDHE SA), Independent Power Transmission Operator (IPTO or ADMIE) S.A., Οperator of Electricity Market (LAGIE) Greek Broadcasting Television SA (ERT SA), Management Organisation Unit of Development Programmes (MOU - MOD SA), Hellenic Parliament, E-Government of Social Security SA (HDIKA SA), Universities (AEI), Higher Technical Educational Institutes (ATEI) and national bodies associated with them.

For this purpose, we invite our sociétés anonymes shareholders to proceed, if they have not yet done so, to the nominalization of their shares to natural person, according to the presidential decree 82/1996 and to provide us with such information concerning the nominalization of their shares. Finally, the provisions of article 2 par. 2 and 3 are noted, which consist of the deprivation of the right to attend and vote in the Company's shareholders General Assembly, as well as the deprivation of all property rights that derive from their shareholder status, until complete compliance with the above obligations.
