OTE'S SUBSIDIARY COSMO BULGARIA MOBILE EAD CONCLUDES

SYNDICATED LOAN AGREEMENT

ATHENS, Greece - December 20, 2012 - Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (ASE: HTO, OTC MARKET: HLTOY), the Greek full-service telecommunications provider, announces that its subsidiary Cosmo Βulgaria Mobile EAD raised €153 mn under a Syndicated Loan Agreement. The agreement provides banks the option to increase their commitments until the end of February 2013 up to a maximum total loan amount of €200mn. 

The loan is unsecured, has a tenor of 4 years with an amortizing repayment schedule and a margin of 5.50% p.a. over Euribor.

Listed on the Athens Stock Exchange, the company trades under the ticker HTO. Following OTE's delisting from NYSE, OTE ADSs (American Depositary Shares) trade in the OTC (Over The Counter) market under the ticker HLTOY.
