Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market that as at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises 131,144,234 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares"). All of these shares carry voting rights of one vote per share. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 131,144,234.
The number of 131,144,234 Ordinary Shares above may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the ordinary share capital of the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
