Close IHT AIM VCT PLC23 February 2007 CLOSE IHT AIM VCT PLC SHARE PURCHASE , VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL Close IHT AIM VCT PLC announces that it has, today, purchased 20,400 'A'Ordinary shares at a price of 90 pence per share. This Represents 0.082% of thetotal number of voting rights in the Company before the transaction. Theseshares will be cancelled. Following this transaction, and, in conformity with the Transparency Directive'sprovision 6 we would like to notify the market of the following; Close IHT AIM VCT PLC's capital today consists of 7,299,461 'A' Ordinary sharesand 17,680,650 'B' Ordinary shares each with a nominal value of 0.01p each, withvoting rights. Close IHT AIM VCT PLC does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Close IHT AIM VCT PLC is24,980,111.
