2026 Annual General Meeting
Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc, the diversified renewables infrastructure company, confirms that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Friday 12 June 2026 at 10.00am BST.
The formal Notice of Meeting was published on Tuesday 24 March 2026, alongside the Company's Annual Report and Accounts, and can be found on the Company's dedicated AGM page here, alongside all relevant notices.
Shareholders are welcome to attend in person at the offices of Octopus Renewables Limited, UK House, 5th Floor 164-182 Oxford Street, London, W1D 1NN (use "2 Great Titchfield Street" in Google Maps). Shareholders may also send any questions for the Board or the Investment Manager in advance by email to oritcosec@apexgroup.com by the close of business on Wednesday 10 June 2026.
Those unable to attend may follow proceedings via the Investor Meet Company ("IMC") platform; however, voting will not be available via the IMC platform. Shareholders are therefore encouraged to submit their proxy votes as early as possible.
