Oracle (AIM: ORCP),Ā the AIM listed natural resources and power project developer,Ā announces that Ms Naheed Memon, CEO of Oracle, has purchased 49,002,561 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 22 January 2021 at a price of 0.45 pence per share for total consideration of Ā£220,511.52. The shares were purchased in a block transaction from one shareholder to facilitate their complete disposal of holdings in the Company.

Following this purchase, Ms Memon has an interest in 65,002,561 Ordinary Shares representing 3.0 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
