Further to the announcement made 22 May 2012, the Company is pleased to announce that it has today posted a circular to shareholders convening a general meeting of the Company to be held at 10:00 a.m. on 18 June 2012 at the offices of DAC Beachcroft LLP, 100 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1BN.

The Company announces that its registered office has changed to 1 Charterhouse Mews, London EC1M 6BB.
