Transaction in Own Shares
Origo Partners ("Origo" or the "Company") today announces that, pursuant to the share buyback programme of up to US$1.5 million announced on 30 October 2012, the Company purchased 140,000 ordinary shares on 21 December at a price of 13.5 pence per share.
Purchased shares will be cancelled by the Company and shares will not carry voting or dividend distribution rights. Following the above purchase, the total number of ordinary shares in issue is 356,706,814.
