The Company was notified on 14 October 2010 that, as at the same date, GLG Partners LP ("GLG"), , holds 37,724,226 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 12.48% of the issued share capital, following the sale of 2,739,270 Ordinary Shares.
