Further to the FTSE Russell notice published 15 May 2019, FTSE Russell notes the late announcement of a delay to court sanctioning the Scheme of Arrangement in relation to the cash offer for Ophir Energy (UK, B24CT19, GEIS Small Cap, FTSE UK SmallCap). An updated timetable for the Scheme of Arrangement is expected in due course.
The event has been applied within FTSE Russell Indexes effective Monday 20 May 2019, and since appropriate notice cannot be provided to postpone the event it will be processed as previously announced, in accordance with section 2.1.4. of the Corporate Actions and Events Guide.
