Result of Scrip Dividend and Issue of Equity

Further to the Company's previous announcements, OPG announces that it has received valid elections for the Scrip Dividend in respect of 356,308,697 existing ordinary shares of 0.0147 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Accordingly, based on the previously announced reference price of 11.275 pence per share and the final dividend of 1 pence per share, a total of 31,601,503 new Ordinary Shares will be allotted by the Company to shareholders.

Application has been made to AIM for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission of the new Ordinary Shares is expected on 3 December 2018 ("Admission"). It is expected that the new Ordinary Shares will be issued and credited to CREST accounts on 3 December 2018.

Following Admission, the Company will have 387,910,200 Ordinary Shares in issue admitted to trading on AIM and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
