Oxford Nanopore Technologies plc (the "Company")
Employee Stock Purchase Plan PDMR Notification and Director Declaration
The Company announces that on 1 November 2021 it has granted options under its US Employee Stock Purchase Plan ("ESPP") including to James (Spike) Willcocks, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company. The ESPP is an all-employee scheme operated for the Company's US employees. The options granted under the ESPP are, subject to the ESPP rules, exercisable at the end of a 14-month saving plan, which will end on 1 January 2023. This announcement is made pursuant to the Company's obligations under Article 19(3) of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
The Company further announces that, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Adrian Hennah has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of Unilever plc with effect from 1 November 2021.
