One Media litigates in the USA - Worldwide copyright infringement claim

Further to the announcement by the Company on 5 May 2015 regarding its litigation against Believe SAS ("Believe Digital Group"), S.A.A.R Srl and Henry Hadaway ("HHO Licensing Ltd and Henry Hadaway Organisation Ltd") in Nashville Tennessee.

One Media is pleased to announce that this litigation has now concluded. On 17 September 2015 the Federal Court in Nashville Tennessee issued a judgment in the sum of $781,846.32 USD against Henry Hadaway, HHO Licensing Ltd and Henry Hadaway Organisation Ltd (which includes costs of $9,928.82 USD) for the willful infringement of 1,466 recordings from the Point Classics catalogue owned exclusively by One Media.

Furthermore, One Media is pleased to announce that on 17 September 2015 it successfully settled its dispute with Believe regarding its exploitation of the same catalogue.

One Media is now exploring its legal options with regards to enforcing the award made by the Federal Court in Nashville Tennessee.
