Omega Insurance Holdings Limited26 June 2007 OMEGA INSURANCE HOLDINGS LIMITED Issue of shares to Non-Executive Directors The Company will apply for 99,040 new common shares of US$0.10 each in theCompany to be admitted to AIM and admission of the new shares is expected tooccur shortly. The new shares have been issued pursuant to the decision of theBoard of Directors to pay a proportion of the remuneration of the non-executiveDirectors in equity and the decision to issue 25,000 new common shares to anon-executive director of a subsidiary of the Company. The issue of new shareswas approved by the Board of Directors on 25 June 2007. As previously notified to the Company, Christopher Clarke is the registeredholder of 25,000 common shares of US$0.10 each in the capital of the Company.Following the allotment of 12,738 common shares of US$0.10 each referred toabove, Christopher Clarke is interested in aggregate in 37,738 common shares ofUS$0.10 each in the capital of the Company, representing 0.03% of the Company'sissued share capital as at 25 June 2007. Following the allotment of 18,311 common shares of US$0.10 each referred toabove, Clifford Palmer is interested in aggregate in 18,311 common shares ofUS$0.10 each in the capital of the Company, representing 0.01% of the Company'sissued share capital as at 25 June 2007. Following the allotment of 12,738 common shares of US$0.10 each referred toabove, Nicholas Warren is interested in aggregate in 12,738 common shares ofUS$0.10 each in the capital of the Company, representing 0.01% of the Company'sissued share capital as at 25 June 2007.
