Issue of shares to Non-Executive Directors

The Company has applied for 81,407 new common shares of US$0.10 each in the Company to be admitted to AIM. The new shares have been issued in line with the Company's policy of paying a proportion of the annual remuneration of the non-executive Directors in equity. The issue of new shares was approved by a committee of the Board of Directors on 17 June 2008, and the number of new shares to be allotted has been determined by reference to the closing market price in the 5 day period ended 16 June 2008. The new shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on 24 June 2008.

New shares were issued to the non-executive Directors of the Company on 17 June 2008 at a price of £1.45 per share, fully paid up, as follows:

As previously notified to the Company, Walter Fiederowicz is the registered holder of 211,660 common shares of US$0.10 each in the capital of the Company. Following the allotment of 33,368 common shares of US$0.10 each referred to above, Walter Fiederowicz is interested in aggregate in 245,028 common shares of US$0.10 each in the capital of the Company, representing 0.17% of the Company's issued share capital as at 17 June 2008.

As previously notified to the Company, Christopher Clarke is the registered holder of 37,738 common shares of US$0.10 each in the capital of the Company. Following the allotment of 13,793 common shares of US$0.10 each referred to above, Christopher Clarke is interested in aggregate in 51,531 common shares of US$0.10 each in the capital of the Company, representing 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital as at 17 June 2008.

As previously notified to the Company, Clifford Palmer is the registered holder of 18,311 common shares of US$0.10 each in the capital of the Company. Following the allotment of 20,196 common shares of US$0.10 each referred to above, Clifford Palmer is interested in aggregate in 38,507 common shares of US$0.10 each in the capital of the Company, representing 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital as at 17 June 2008.

As previously notified to the Company, Nicholas Warren is the registered holder of 32,738 common shares of US$0.10 each in the capital of the Company. Following the allotment of 14,050 common shares of US$0.10 each referred to above, Nicholas Warren is interested in aggregate in 46,788 common shares of US$0.10 each in the capital of the Company, representing 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital as at 17 June 2008.

Following the issue of the new shares, the Company's issued share capital consists of 147,662,417 common shares.
