Availability of Currency Election Form and Dividend Payment Instruction Form

Omega Insurance Holdings Limited ("Omega") (AIM: OIH) announces that it has posted on its web-site a Currency Election Form and a Dividend Payment Instruction Form (and related notes) in respect of the dividend of 10.3 cents per common share, which, as announced on 9 September 2008, will be payable on 18 November 2008 to those shareholders on the register as at 24 October 2008. This document now includes additional information for those shareholders who hold their shares in uncertificated form (CREST).
