Withdrawal of Resolution
Annual General Meeting 25 November 2015
The Board has been advised by Mr Sundeep Bhandari that he wishes to withdraw his nomination to stand for re-election as a Director of the Company and will retire at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
Accordingly, Resolution 3 of the Notice of Meeting, for the re-election of Mr Sundeep Bhandari has been withdrawn.
The board would like to thank Sundeep for his significant contribution to the Company during his tenure as a Director.
