Oilex Ltd (Oilex or the Company) advises that it has issued 124,060,150 options exercisable at A$0.00266 pn or before 31 December 2019 pursuant to the amendment to Series A Loan agreement as announced on 26 July 2019 and approved by shareholders on 19 September 2019 under ASX Listing Rule 7.1.
