Agreement with Super Religare Laboratories ("SRL"), India

Omega, the medical diagnostics company focussed on allergy, food intolerance and infectious disease, announces that, Omega Dx (Asia) Pvt Ltd, its fully owned subsidiary in India, has signed an exclusive agreement with SRL for the distribution of Food Detective® throughout India. SRL is a leading pioneer of medical diagnostics in India with a network of over 200 laboratories and over 1,300 collection centres.

Food Detective® is the Company's consumer facing product which can test a person's reaction against 59 common food types. The product has already been approved for use in India and has been specifically adapted for the Indian market. The agreement will run for an initial period of one year but is extendable thereafter and has minimum performance targets that SRL are required to meet.
