Oxford Cannabinoid Technologies Holdings plc (LSE:OCTP), the biotech company developing prescription cannabinoid medicines, announces that it has been informed that Clarissa Sowemimo-Coker, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and Julie Pomeroy, the Company's Non-Executive Chair, have today purchased ordinary shares of £0.001 ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company.

Clarissa Sowemimo-Coker, Chief Executive Officer of OCT, said:

"Today marks further evidence of the management's support of OCT, following our participation in a successful fundraise in January 2024 where we also welcomed Cantheon Capital LLC as a cornerstone investor of the Company. Both I and OCT's chair, Julie Pomeroy, have increased our personal shareholdings in OCT, demonstrating our commitment to the business and our resolute belief in the Company's future pipeline. The Group is developing drug candidates through clinical trials to gain regulatory approval (FDA/MHRA/EMA) that will enable medical professionals to prescribe them with confidence.
