26 November 2012 Suretrack Monitoring plc ("Suretrack" or the "Company") Disposal of Sure-Track Europe Limited
Further to the announcement made on 18 October 2012 regarding the disposal of Sure-Track Europe Limited ("Sure-Track Europe"), Suretrack Monitoring plc announces that, pursuant to the Call Option Deed dated 15 February 2012, the call option over the 117,538,809 ordinary shares held by Will Hirons and Deborah Davis has been exercised and formal completion took place on 22 November 2012.
It is intended that the 117,538,809 shares will be cancelled in due course at which time a further announcement will be made.
Following the exercise of the call option the Company has 736,347,670 Ordinary Shares in issue of which 117,538,809 are being held in treasury until they are cancelled. As such, the total number of voting rights in issue and admitted to trading on AIM at the date of this announcement is 618,808,861. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
