Board Change

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Samantha Esqulant to the board with immediate effect. Samantha was the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, GIS's, Risk Control Manager and has now been appointed as Chief Operating Officer with immediate effect.

John Gunn, CEO, commented "Having worked alongside Sam for the past 2 years I am very pleased to announce her appointment to the Board of Octagonal and feel she will be a tremendous asset to the Company as it continues to grow."

Save as disclosed above and detailed below, there are no other details to be disclosed regarding Samantha Esqulant's appointment as required under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules. 

Samantha Dru Esqulant (aged 33) has been in the financial services industry for over 16 years and has experience of working in both boutique and large corporate organisations including LCF Rothschilds and Barclays Capital. She was at Bank of New York Mellon for over 7 years working on a variety of matters including overseeing the settlements team and implementing controls within the department to decrease risk and exposure. Ms Esqulant joined the team at Global Investment Strategy in April 2013 to assist with risk management and embedding control procedures. She is also a director of Global Investment Strategy.
