The Company notes the recent Brazilian media speculation regarding the potential sale of its 57% owned subsidiary, Wilson Sons S.A. ("Wilson Sons"). Further to its announcement on 23 August 2024, the Company confirms that discussions with I Squared Capital Advisers (US) LLC regarding a potential transaction involving the Company's investment in Wilson Sons have been interrupted. The Company is continuing to progress its strategic review relating to its investment in Wilson Sons and confirms that it is in active discussions with a third party regarding a potential transaction in respect of such investment.
There can be no certainty as to the outcome of the strategic review nor as to the terms of any potential transaction.
